About Taskify
What does Taskify do?
Taskify provides flexible, remote business support for professionals, business owners and growing teams. We take care of essential work behind the scenes, including administration, LinkedIn content, lead generation, training sessions, vendor coordination and back-office tasks, so you can focus on leadership and growth.
Who do you work with?
We work with founders, consultants, senior professionals and growing companies across the GCC. Our clients so far include teams in software and ERP, cybersecurity and professional services.
Where are you located?
Taskify is a fully remote team. We support businesses across the GCC through video calls, WhatsApp, email and the tools you already use, so there is no need to be in the same city to work together.
Do you provide virtual assistant services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Taskify provides remote virtual assistant, executive assistant and business support services to companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
What is the difference between a virtual assistant and outsourcing?
A virtual assistant supports you directly with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, email and documents. Outsourcing covers wider functions such as lead generation, training or back-office work. Taskify offers both, managed through a single point of contact.

How do we get started?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can choose monthly support, a project-based engagement or scalable support that changes month to month. There is no long-term lock-in.
How do you communicate and share updates?
You get a single point of contact and regular, simple updates in the channel that suits you, whether that is email, WhatsApp or your team’s own tools. We also align with your working hours.
Can you work inside our existing tools?
Yes. We are comfortable working within common tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, CRMs and project management platforms.

How much does Taskify cost?
Pricing depends on the scope, volume and type of support you need. After a short consultation we share a clear proposal with no hidden extras.
How do you handle confidential information?
Confidentiality is part of how we work. We only access what we need to do the job, and we are happy to discuss a non-disclosure agreement before we begin.
What if I need a service that is not listed?
